The Edu20/20 Coaching Cohort is an online learning experience designed to help instructional coaches turn knowledge into results. Grounded in Jill Jackson’s proven coaching practices, this program guides coaches in applying what they learn, measuring impact, and growing teacher skill through consistent practice and feedback.

Participation requires an Edu20/20 Level 1 Instructional Coach Certification through our Jill Jackson training and book study. Members must also have access to teachers or classrooms in order to practice coaching skills and apply new learning from the program.
