Tiering Without Tears: Differentiating Your Instructional Coaching is the on-demand recording of Edu20/20’s live September 2026 webinar, created to help instructional coaches and leaders make clearer decisions about who gets coached on what.

Instead of building a completely different coaching plan for every teacher, this session centers on one diagnostic question: What’s getting in the way of learning the most? From there, you’ll learn how to use a simple decision tree to determine whether a teacher needs support in a foundational Priority Skill or is ready for coaching tied directly to the principal’s instructional goal.

The webinar also walks through Edu20/20’s five Priority Skills: Delivery of a Basic Lesson, Classroom Management, Student Engagement, Lesson Planning, and Behavior Management, and shows how these foundational skills can help coaches identify the most urgent instructional need.
